In short: I collect only what you type into a form or write in an email, and I use it only to reply.

What data and why
- Contact form and email: name, company, email address, phone, message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Audit request form: additionally the number of users and information about your system. Purpose: qualifying and carrying out the audit.
- Site statistics: if enabled, they will be cookie-free and will not identify individuals. Today the site uses no analytics cookies.
For how long
Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months. Client data: for the duration of our work together and the period required by law (accounting, limitation of claims).
Who I share it with
Nobody beyond the providers I use for email and hosting, under data processing agreements. I do not sell data and I do not send newsletters without separate consent.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent at any time, and a complaint to your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). An email is enough.
Forms
The forms on this site send data directly to me. I do not store it in external advertising tools.
